Ingredients:
- For the Tofu Marinade:
- 1 block of firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

Instructions:
- Marinate the Tofu:
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
- Add the cubed tofu and toss gently to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15-20 minutes.
- Cook the Tofu:
