
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1 small cucumber, chopped
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
- Juice of one lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chickpeas, chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, and grated carrot.
- Add the finely chopped green chili if using.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix well and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve immediately.
