Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1 small cucumber, chopped
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chickpeas, chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, and grated carrot.
  2. Add the finely chopped green chili if using.
  3. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix well and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  5. Serve immediately.
